This International 1086 Tractor with cab was made by Ertl Toys.  In 1:16 scale, the tractor is made of diecast and the tires are rubber.  It is in the original packaging, which has shelf wear, scrapes, bends and yellowing from age, as shown in photos.  The tractor does not appear to have been removed from the packaging for display, although the smoke stack is missing.
