1974 Cal 2-29 Sailboat

Description

1974 Cal 2-29 Sailboat. We purchased last year and the engine started and ran fine. Have been using her as a liveaboard at a local marina. Had to move onto dry land, so we need to sell her. Currently the marina fees are paid through the end of the month, however she can stay longer for 5 monthly is you'd like. Has a galley and a head, but she needs to come out and get some cleaning done as well as a bottom job. Selling as is, she is a great boat just don't have the time t fix her up. Must come to the marina to pick up, or make arrangements with the marina to stay. Great little place and we have lived on board since November. Will answer as many questions as I can. Most of the sails are in storage in bags and if I can get the asking price Ill leave the mini fridge and the portable air conditioner on board with her.
